Harlem Park to Park
Harlem Park to Park (HP2P) is a neighborhood development organization of entrepreneurs committed to cultural preservation, small business and community development in Central Harlem, NYC’s premiere cultural, dining, shopping, lifestyle and nightlife hub north of 110th Street. Formed in September 2009, HP2P’s membership is comprised of 100+ premiere businesses located within the geographic area of Central Park North to 144th street and Morningside Park to Marcus Garvey Park. http://harlemparktopark.org
The FDBA is an alliance of stakeholders comprised of businesses, corporations, residents and property owners along the Frederick Douglass Boulevard corridor (110th-124th Streets). The Alliance aims to support and promote the community as a model, mixed-use neighborhood through advocacy and community, public and private partnerships.
The FDBA’s mission is to (1) establish Frederick Douglas Boulevard as a Model Residential and Commercial Corridor (2) promote Frederick Douglass Boulevard as the Gateway into Harlem and Restaurant Row; (3) support and increase locally-owned and managed businesses on Frederick Douglass Boulevard through strategic marketing, activities and events; (4) foster partnerships, civic participation, unity, collaboration and networks among residents, local businesses, community groups and associations; (5) build a better community, improve quality of life and maintain Frederick Douglass Boulevard as a clean and safe boulevard for residents, visitors and workers to live, shop and work. http://www.fdballiance.org/
