Our Causes

Harlem is Home. It’s a community that I’ve seen have some good times and some bad ones, but it is a place that I always considered home. Because it is my home, I fee a responsibility to take care of it, and the people in it and do something good for it. I founded Pampered & PINK in the summer of 2014 as a way to provide fun, interactive and educational events for the Harlem Community.
In 2008, my oldest sister, Tswana Lin Saunders, lost her battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. This tragic loss, ignited a passion in me to bring awareness and education to the various types of Breast Cancer in and around my community. For years I participated in different walks, and raised money for various organizations, but I never felt like I was doing enough. Waiting for October every year to “do something” was not sitting well with me. Shortly after becoming a Patient Volunteer Education Coordinator for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2013, the idea of Pampered and PINK was birthed. Events that were more than just fundraisers or walks, but would also Provide Information Necessary for Knowledge. Love, Amber Nobles

Donate today and help women & other people in need receive health and wellness care that they need, at no cost to them. 100% of the profits raised through Pampered and PINK Benefit the Breast Examination Center of Harlem. Places like this are vital to the Harlem Community, who help so many women, just like my sister, every year.
